So far, this is the best Fabricland I have been to in terms of layout. It’s not a large store, but it uses the space well. It’s very clean, bright, and organized. I didn’t end up buying anything so I can’t grade the customer service, but I was impressed with the location itself. Much easier to navigate than my usual store. I also like that all of the home décor merchandise is in a separate shop from the fabric and sewing supplies.

The staff can be unfriendly and at times gives bad advice when it comes to craft projects even though you go in knowing what you want just to have them talk you out of it and into spending money on something you now don’t need and can’t return.
