EPC is the best training facility in the area. I have been attending bootcamps here since they opened 2.5yrs ago and they are far superior to any other bootcamp I have been to. They are challenging and focus on strength as much as conditioning. You rarely leave there without doing some prowler pushes down the turf of completing a few rounds of burpees and jump squats.
I have utilized the clinic as well for physiotherapy, chiro and massage. They have the most amazing athletic therapist that is extremely attentive and works hard to get you better and on your way instead of extending treatment just to get more money out of you.
All of the staff are extremely friendly from the trainers to the therapists and even the front desk staff. Everyone is always smiling and genuinely look happy to be there. I won’t ever be going anywhere else.
