Ate here once before it was ok. Gave it a shot a second time as we were in the area. My wife and I ordered completely separate meals and both left with upset stomachs almost immediately after. I feel the tip option on the debit is unnecessary as we paid close to $ 40 for a couple of sandwiches and drinks. I felt obligated to tip which I did 15%. I feel when it is a counter order a tip is unnecessary. It’s not like I’m being waited on? I did it because I felt if I didn’t my food would be messed with. I’m not saying it did but I did feel pressured by that and the glance to see if I was tipping by the employees. Needless to say most likely won’t be back.

Nice Café cozy and warm. But they didn’t do all day breakfast except for a BLT sandwich. Panini was great and juicy

Stopped in here to grab some coffee while passing through Burlington. My friends ordered some treats to enjoy, while I just drank some coffee. They seemed to find the sweets okay, but nothing to rave about. I don’t really have a feeling either way if I would come back here again. It was nice, but not anything amazing.

Can’t rave enough about this place. The food is fantastic and fresh, prices are incredible for what you get and the fun friendly staff make it worth while coming back. I had a last minute meeting planned and needed food to be catered, ideally 24 hrs notice is needed but when I spoke to the manager(Brigitte) not only did she manage to do the catering on short notice but she talked me through everything so that I would not over spend and had enough to satisfy all of my colleagues. The presentation was appetizing and catered to all of the allergies and food intolerances. The staff were friendly and helped me with any little extras I decided on when I got there and even helped me to my car. Artisano’s took a very stressful situation and made it simple and easy with the knowledge and expertise they have in the catering business. I will be going back.

Met some friends here for breakfast. Its a large place that would be great for large group or families with kids — kinda empty feeling when we were there even tough there were 6 other groups — the space is very cavernous feeling. Its fastfood/cafeteria style service and they give you a number to place on your table. We had a good breakfast(but note that nothing comes with sides). They had really tasty coffee but small cups so I had several trips up to refill mine. Overall it was good — nothing outstanding in the good or bad variety.

Very friendly staff, especially to the children we had with us. Atmosphere was very nice. But the food wasn’t good, I couldn’t finish my meal. Everything was very bland, and inconsistent in temperature. Although management did offer to buy me another meal. I do not think I will be going back there to eat which is a disappointment because it is a nice place to dine in.

I’ve eaten here twice now and both times were quite good, although the first time was better. The first time I ordered the soup/salad and sandwich combo. You get half a sandwich and salad or soup. Both were excellent and portions were a good size for $ 10. I can’t remember the exact name of the sandwich, but it had avocado in it. The second time I just ordered a sandwich(turkey club with chipotle mayo?) and it was only alright. The bread really would have benefitted from being toasted/grilled. That said, I think their sandwiches are quite good and the choices are nice. I think the prices for entrees are fair and the restaurant is clean and nice. There is also a good dinner/movie special. I’ll go back for sure.

Nice and clean. Really friendly staff. Iced coffees on the other hand are way too expensive. WAY too expensive.
