This is one of the best fast food places in the area. They have always been really quick with my food and I always get the right order. As for the quality they are standard for and A&W. I love the seasoning they put on their burgers so I always enjoy getting a burger from there. All in all a good place for a quick bite.

When you think A&W you think root beer floats, teen burgers and onion rings. Rarely do people think breakfast. This past Thursday, I decided to try it out. There was no line at the drive thru(I was a little wary), but they were quick to take my order: small coffee(they advertise it as organic), sausage n egger and a hash-brown. They handed me my coffee and asked me to wait in the lot as my hash-brown will need a few minutes. No problem. Within five minutes my meal was brought to my window with an apology for the wait. My food hot, obviously freshly made. I ate the sausage n egger quickly. It was pretty standard: English muffin(you can get it on a bun if you prefer), egg(fed from hen’s with vegetarian diets), sausage and cheese. The hash-brown was crispy just the way I like it. The coffee tasted off. I’m a big k-cup fan so I am accustomed to most Van Houtte coffees, but this cup just wasn’t good. It did the trick though, kept me going all day. Can’t really ask for more. Overall, a good experience for a fast food franchise breakfast. I’ll be back.

I just indulged in a fantastic lunch from this location. I ordered a Mozza Burger Combo, substituted the Fries for Sweet Potato Fries, and of course a root beer. The staff was friendly and prompt. Sometimes the burgers can be hit or miss with how they are put together but at this location It was not a messy meal at all. Only two issues would be that there were no napkins in my bag, took it to go, and the Chipotle for the sweet potato fries was minimal. That being said I still enjoyed a great lunch from this A&W location.

The root beer is a classic, of course. And I tend to only patronize A&W when they have a good burger deal. I’ve recently discovered A&W lays out a great breakfast. Two pieces of toast, two eggs, 3 strips bacon, hashbrown, and coffee for $ 7 with tax. A&W seems to be building a lot of nice, classic, standalone restaurants in the GTA these days. If you’re tired of McDonald’s breakfast and your local breakfast joint has a line a mile long on Sunday, give A&W a try.
