Just had a terrible experience at this particular store. Tried exchanging a brand new sealed product and they would not take it. Even spoke with two different managers and both said no without reason. They were rude and condescending. I then drove to the Apple Store sainte-catherine and thy exchanged my product without any problems in 5 minutes. I do not understand how one can receive drastically different treatment at the«same» store. I can’t help but wonder if I was a victim of discrimination. I would avoid going to this store and go to sainte-catherine where the service is way better even tough it way busier. Or just buy online directly. I am very disappointed as i usually get great service at apple but this experience was rotten.

Went there for an iPhone repair with a reservation and waited over a half an hour to get served. Other people that were waiting said they had waited eve longer then that and some even said that one previuous occasions they waited over 1 hour to be served. We asked for an explanation from the manager and were treated rudely. Never going back there again worst Apple Store experience ever! Not something I expected from the Apple brand; to get such horrible service.

Poor service from this location. Please do not tell me I can arrive 10 – 15 minutes later to an appointment and then refuse my visit at my arrival. What’s the point of calling to verify ahead of time it it’s ok? Honestly it’s this kind of experience that creates such a sour memory for the brand moving forward.

Finally they’ve opened in 2013. Genius bar and everything they have it all: a complete Apple Store as the one on Ste. Catherine, Montréal. It’s a shame though that micro-boutique which resells Apple product at dix30 from the opening of the Dix30 will get eaten by its own supplier and surely opt-out from business in a near future. Sad.

Enfin, un Apple Store sur la rive-sud. Fini le trafic de Montréal pour avoir du service. L’endroit est bien situé au coeur du nouveau développement du quartier 10 – 30, dans le square. Besoin d’un commis, il y en a à profusion. Il n’y a presque pas de temps d’attente, tout dépendant du moment de la journée où vous allez. Le personnel connait bien leurs produits et réponde aisément à nos questions. S’il né connaisse pas la réponse, il se donne la peine d’aller la chercher. Certain dirons que c’est chère donné pour un téléphone, un iPad ou toutes autres produits, mais la qualité est là.

Service rapide, cordiale, sympathique et c’est a la limite agréable d’aller faire réparer son produit Apple ! Étrange moi qui trouve très irritant toutes choses qui né fonctionne pas parfaitement comme planifiée! Je donne 5 étoiles! Pour le service, cela m’impressionne moi même! J’avais acheter un assurance que je paie a best buy canada de 30 $/mois afin d’avoir le plan de remplacement. Je suis aller voir Bestbuy canada puis je viens de terminer avec Apple au quartier dix30. Le résultat? Avec Bestbuy j’ai engagé un avocat et avec Apple je suis content de mon expérience et j’ai hâte d’y retournée! Il y a deux possibilités soit que je suis rendu complètement fou ou Apple offre réellement du service hors pairs avec leurs produits! Vraiment impressionnée!
