Everything Old

This is my favourite place to go! Without my husband… lol…So he doesn’t see what Im spending! We bought an old heritage home that used to be a B&B, It came furnished and I had a lot of items I needed to consign, and a lot I needed to buy, to make the house more «us». Amber and Andrew have spent the last 3 years helping me do both.
They spend COUNTLESS hours researching the pieces they are selling, and even researched the stuff I wanted to get rid of… which technically is my job, not theirs. They have stopped me on more than one occasion from getting rid of something that I assumed was worthless. Specifically a few pieces of furniture and décor from the Arts and Craft era. They refused to even let me sell them, saying, «No way! Thats worth a fortune and you’ll be sorry. We wouldn’t feel right selling it!»
Who even does that? That kind of integrity is so rare these days and they will forever have our business moving forward. They have also sent me to other stores or websites to get pieces they didn’t have… another thing you never see anymore. Now if only they would put a bed in the store so I could sleep over and pretend I was born 100 years ago ;)
