I had lunch at this Kelsey’s today with a colleague.
We both ordered Chicken Parm. It was just okay. The batter on the chicken was burnt. The pasta was good, though (we both got the garlicy marinara sauce). I’d never had Chicken Parm at Kelsey’s and I probably won’t again.
Tina was our server and she took good care of us.
