If you want deep fried, large portioned and inexpensive food, this is the place you want to check out.
The beef burrito is a decent size. Fully loaded with all the toppings of your choice and plenty of beef. All wrapped tightly and accompanied by decent side order of fries. The burrito has a nice flavour and texture to it. The fries are good and hearty, not greasy.
The curry chicken wings was decent, but the curry flavour wasn’t all that outstanding. The wings were deep fried with just the right amount of crispiness.
The butter Cajun wings was very heavily spiced, especially with salt. Again the wings were deep fried just the right amount.
The pulled pork poutine was a huge hit. It was delicious, with just the right combination of toppings and seasonings. Lots of pulled pork on top and gravies poured over everything.
The crackin’ poutine was delicious but very fattening and greasy, probably due to the mayo and chicken skin. Interesting topping combinations but it works. A tax too salty, maybe due to the bacon bites.

So far this has been the closest to authentic poutine that I have tasted in Ontario

Didn’t get to try this place, they say they close at 9… I arrived at 8:45 and they saw my car and flipped the sign to closed. Pure laziness for the staff & the management.

Quick review:
This is a take out joint with some seating. Good customer service, the guy behind the counter was really friendly, we chatted about dogs, food, and random things while i waited for my order
Now the food, it was okay nothing to write home about, so if you are in Brantford ON, and would like grab some cheap and quick bite, you could try this place.

Deep fried gluten free heaven! While Goo’s is not dedicated gf it has a separate fryer for gluten free items. Not the healthiest options but this gluten free person gets tired of salad and plain proteins! So many options I had trouble deciding and Goo kept making suggestions which only made it harder! I finally settled on a poutine with fresh cut fries, gravy, cheese curds, breaded chicken fingers, ranch sauce and mild wing sauce. So damn good but definitely a treat! The non gf hubby had a fresh beef burger which he raved about. You know a place is good when the locals eat there and Goo greats them by name! Mostly take-​out with a few small tables.

I was in high school across the road when this place opened and haven’t stopped coming since. Goo is a great guy and there is nothing on the menu I wouldn’t recommend. The burger’s are made fresh right in front of you and topped with fresh veggies. Also, save room for the best deep fried ice cream around

Their menu is extensive just not much of an ethnic flare. It’s a small mom and pop style shop, but quite modern at the same time. The décor is clean and simplistic.
GOO was personable and was able to answer all of my questions. The options are quite diverse.
The food is all deep fried so it does tend to be on the greasier side so be cautious. The wrap was a huge portion so enough for 2 meals. The fries were hand cut and were generous in portions.

OMG did I really eat a deep fried pickle and deep fried chicken skin??? Only in Brantford!
There aren’t many interesting places to eat in B-​Ford, but this new GOO place is definitely one of them. Deep fried stuff galore plus inventive poutine list.
Not so GOOd if you have high blood pressure, diabetes or are on a low calorie diet. You are doomed.
