Xceed Car Rental exceeded our expectations! Sunny was very helpful when I phoned to rent a car over the holidays. His prices were very reasonable and we were treated to excellent and prompt service when getting picked up from and dropped off at the airport. I was so pleased with our experience, I rented from him again just this past week. He was very accommodating when I needed to extend stay and rent the car for longer. I highly recommend this company when you need to rent a reliable car at a reasonable price from a customer-friendly staff!

They’ll xceed your worst nightmares. I needed a car in Toronto from December 21 to January 2. I found them on some website and they had the best rates. I felt a little uneasy going with a small local company but figured a car is a car, so why not? I booked it online on December 1 and got a confirmation email. So far, so good. The day before my trip, I get an email from them that my rental has been cancelled, they are sold out on my dates! I try calling, keep getting a voicemail that they are busy. I pull up my original confirmation email, ready to have melt down. Looks like it went through, all my banking info, pricing and dates are on it. Then… I get to the bottom and it states:
This form is a reservation «REQUEST», not a final reservation. You’ll get an automated ‘thank you’ email from
, But if you don’t get a confirmation mail from XCEED CAR RENTAL INC. within 48 hrs, then deem this reservation request as «unconfirmed».
What a crap company. Why they wouldn’t confirm it when I sent in my request and payment so early is beyond me. So, I had to race around online and try to book a car last minute for the holidays. I was panicked that I wouldn’t find one or the price would be insane, booking it so close to Christmas. Thankfully, I found one. Their low rates aren’t worth it, way too unreliable! I can only imagine if this is how they operate, how bad the cars must be.
