Bought my designer stilettos from Stepping out, which I get compliments on, absolutely gorgeous store, can be busy at times however the staff is always sweet and friendly. This store is like a shoe heaven! My Favourite Store in BCC.

Horrendous customer service. They sold me a defective pair of shoes and would not grant me a refund because it was against their policy, which was never explained to me. The manager spoke to me as if I was of no value. Save your money and shop somewhere else.
