Nice One Nails

This place has gotten me hooked on getting my nails done. I’ve been here a few times and the service is excellent. Friendly staff. Booked appointment was on time, didn’t wait. Beautiful results!!! They pay attention to detail. Bio gel shellac manicure & shellac pedicure with gem’s. They have a wide variety of nail art and gems, everything you would want. Will be back :)

I’m so happy with this nail place. Have been here a few times. Make sure you call ahead and make an appointment. They’re ALWAYS busy even when they have 8 or 9 people working. I’m not sure what the previous reviews were all about but they don’t seem to fit with the multiple great experiences I’ve had here. Maybe the management changed?! The staff are very friendly and always take time to do a great job on the pedicures and manicures. They’re also clean and hygienic!
My nail broke once a few days before I needed to get my nails done. I stopped by and they fixed it up at no charge.
These ladies are great and very detail oriented. I highly recommended this place.

Worst customer service ever. They seat you and tell you that you will wait 20 min you end up waiting an hour. They are rude and they always make it obvious they are talking about you in their language.

Terrible. I wanted them to take my acrylic nails off which had grown out too far for a fill-​in, and get new ones put on. I was the only person there, so I was seated right away. The lady started to take my acrylic nails off using another acrylic nail WITHOUT SOAKING THEM FIRST! It was excruciating and my fingers were throbbing by the third one. I kept saying «OWW THAT REALLY HURTS» and she continued as if what she was doing was normal. Finally, I asked her to soak my nails in polish remover to loosen the glue, and she agreed. After that my nails came off with much less pain.
Considering she was completely lazy in the first place I told her to forget about doing the rest of my nails. I paid for the nail removal (which I don’t think I should have) and never went back!
