Never again. I ordered some melt and pour soap only to find that almost every sealed package but 3 came broken due to poor packing (actually no protective packaging). When I contacted them they said the units come shipped to them from the supplier in the same boxes they ship it to me in. They don’t bother to inspect what come in their door before it ships out. I even sent them pictures and their reply was that it was perfectly fine the way it arrived. Seriously, don’t bother with this company unless you like disappointment. I only wish I would have checked out Unilocal sooner. Thank you Unilocal

Not only did half of bottle of product SPILLED during shipping due to LOSE CAPS. BUT they didnt want to refund me OR send me product lost. VERY unprofessional. You have to BUY more product and the will deduct what you lost in product only. So, they want PICTURES as proof because your word means nothing. Mind you, the bottle still has it’s sealed nodules that show that it was «un-​opened» and that wasnt good enough.
