Live Positively Fit was created by Karoline Kaminski to help men and women achieve their health and fitness goals by teaching real life tools that will balance emotional eating, overcome motivation obstacles and most importantly overcome the one thing that is setting you back the most; yourself.

Living Positively Fit is not about getting as ripped as you possibly can, it is about living your life positively and taking care of your mind and body, giving both the nourishment they need for optimal living. Living Positively Fit means understanding that healthy living and optimal fitness is a process of learning and trying. You can’t be perfect today, but with persistence, you can be the person you want to be tomorrow.

Karoline K.

Business Owner

Karoline is a health and fitness professional with a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education from the University of Toronto. Karoline also holds a Masters of Science degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology. With more than 6 years of training experience, she has brought many to realize their much desired healthy and active lifestyles. Basing much of her practice in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Karoline integrates fitness, nutrition, and behavioural changes to have you living positively fit. When she is not training others, Karoline is training herself physically and mentally for challenging obstacle races like Tough Mudder.
