Over one year later and still items are left incomplete on our project. Our project was pushed back months after the initial deposit was given. And then pushed back even further. About half a year passed before two guys showed up to start our project. For the next year we became the project managers for our dig and underpinning. Getting workers to show up was like pulling teeth. When workers did show up, JD didn’t provide them with the proper equipment to do the job in a timely fashion. 1 week of estimated work equals 1 month of aggravation trying to get whatever needs to get done completed. The quality of Khalsa’s work is adequate. However, to get the work done to a standard required constant and relentless oversight by our family. If you have an endless amount of time and a really strong desire to intensely manage your own project maybe Khalsa is for you. We are starting another project on another basement and wouldn’t choose Khalsa if the service was free.
