They replaced my laces with thin laces, and when I asked them to give back my old ones they started swearing at me. I said «ok can I at least return the laces you provided and get my money back for my laces?» And the guy said I’m fucking them around. After he says «I don’t care if you give me a bad review, I ripped you off that’s all that matters» wow– Even security was on my side at that point, he looked really unprofessional– He saved himself $ 6 and lost me as a customer and everyone else I tell. Was it worth it?
