Excellent customer service and knowledge of brands. Not a huge store but they have everything you need for your fur baby! The staff offered samples of food for our new pup to try and they even gave him a personalized name tag. ~Happy customer

Ever since this place has gone under new management, I really love coming here. The staff is friendly and knowable about most pet need questions. They have brands I trust to feed my cats, and their prices are not that bad. They also have organic food for people who want a natural approach to pet food.
They also do dog Grooming On site, and sell other pet lover knickknacks.
The owner has a lovely, sweet dog that sits at the check out that loves attention, and is an added bonus to the shopping experience

I gave this store another try as it’s under new management now. The new owner was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me a couple free samples to try out for my cats. I still find this chain a bit pricey but will come back occasionally as the service is GREATLY improved and it is in a convenient location.

I have a cocker spaniel and I wanted to find a healthier food as he was itching and his stool was pretty loose. When I went to this location I was impressed with the level of personal service. They spent a lot of time with me to help find a food that worked with my dog. When I have questions about my dog I will either drop by or give them a call as I find they really try their best to find solutions for customers.
