I totally agree with the other user who had a bad experience
Exactly same happened to me
I went for a shoe exchange and no body listens there is also a muscular man over there and if u ask him to help he will see you if you have done some crime
Will never ever go to this place
Poor customer service

I wish I could give this store negative stars. This was abosultly the worst «customer service» I’ve received, if I can even call it that. I went there to exchange a shoe. Although there were many employees in sight, non seemed to be able to help me. I later made my way to the front and was able to speak to the cashier. After exchanging the shoe, I decided to look around and found the shoe I liked. Now, the trouble was finding someone that would help me get my size! after asking several employee for help, I finally got it. I got my size and went to check out. The only problem now was the cashier was no missing! There were literally five people in the store and she couldn’t have been helping anyone. 7 minutes later, she came back I bought the shoe and left. This was my first and last time visiting the store. I normally go to the yorkdale location and never had any problems. Avoid this store.

I love coming here for shoes, they have all kinds of selections whith great quality. Sometimes at Champs when I but shoes they give a wrinkly dusty shoes but not at Foot locker … That lets me know they care about the customer. By the way great service and helpful staff.
