Embassy Grand Convention Centre

The Embassy Grand Convention Centre is a spacious venue. I was there for a Christmas Party and the venue fit roughly 1000 people. Yup I kid you not, there were 100 tables and about 10 people per table. They had a double sided bar one facing the inside of the dining room and the other side facing the lobby. Pretty open concept if you ask me. The lobby was a well lit area and had a few areas to sit down. There was a lounge in the left corner of the venue, nothing special though. The washrooms were spread out around the lobby, but one of the washrooms was kinda weird as there were two entrances that were adjacent for the same washroom. Overall a great and spacious venue. Only issue for me is that it’s all the way in Brampton. Oh well… JimStar Out!

This was a really nice and huge banquet hall. I came here for a friends wedding and was very impressed. There is ample parking, very high ceilings, beautiful lighting and decorations, and large and clean bathrooms.
The audio visual equipment was also very good as we watched multiple videos on large screens without issue, and the music throughout the night sounded great.
The servers and staff were also very quick, served at the bar attentively, and treated drunk idiots like me very well. Good job, Embassy Grand!

My wife and I had our wedding reception at this place.
From the beginning, the staff have been very professional and helpful. They have taken every wish of ours and made it a reality. I have been a part of wedding parties where I would deal with different banquet halls and this is the only place that I found to be the most professional. We had bumps on the road to our reception and the staff took care of everything and understood our concerns to their best.
The hall has their own DJ/​Lighting services provided by BBBlanc. Like I said before, from the moment that we booked our event to the night of the event, this place has lived up to every penny if not more.
The staff took care of the us (bride and groom) like no other hall has ever or will. They gave us the bridal suite where we were advised by the staff of everything going on and what we needed and appetizers and what not.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is looking to have their worry free party or wedding. This is the place to come and have your event at.
