Within our industry, we have become affectionately known amongst other basement contractors as «The Basement Renovation Guys». We can’t argue with this. Contracting By Us got its start as custom basement contractors, and to this day it remains the core of our business. Despite very well received work on our customers’ kitchens, bathrooms, and exterior installations like decks and patios, custom basement remodelling is still our speciality.

What takes most basement contractors 6 weeks to do, we complete on average, in 3. Further, we are often called in to help other basement contractors when their own projects run into problems. In some ways, we are «the experts’ experts» when it comes to basement contractors.

We also do full home renovations, outdoor enhancements (ei. patios, decks, interlock etc.), kitchen & bathroom remodelling, as well as all «Green» and energy efficient projects.
