What’s worse that smell of dirty shoes not sprayed completely? Or the fact that they try to rip you off at the cash? This place is run by someone who only cares about the bottom line. The service is lacklustre with employees who have a personality of a paper clip. If you pay for an hr they cut you short and of you go In a group. You are an inconvenience to the staff. Just a quick newsflash, no customers, no job, so perhaps I suggest training your employees or getting better employees who don’t look miserable! I would rather drive to Etobicoke than visit this sardine can again! The bar server was ok. It’s beer and snacks. Don’t expect quality, it’s a bowling alley. I will say a previous review said they wouldn’t give water. Just ask for a cup and fill at the fountain, problem solved! Regardless this place could be better with a little customer service training. Or new staff. Ps the manager is always on a break lol

came here as it was the centre point among my family, and there was 15 of us. went to the front to see if they had any group rates or packages, the girls reply was«do you see anything like that on the board?» I hasn’t even had a chance to read, I figured I’d make my life easier and just ask. so I stepped aside(there was no line) to be polite and asked my cousins what they wanted to do. we decided on $ 10.45 for a game and shoe rental. we all paid and the girl goes«you didn’t count right, you still owe me money for 4 people.» for which we had to pullout receipts and prove to her we all paid. no problem with the lanes. now, we get food, beer and pop from the bar, asked the bartender if we could have one glass of water for a child who doesn’t drink pop. her response was«we’re not allowed to serve water anymore» it’s tap water. it’s free. we were even willing to pay for it and she still said no and told us to check the vending machine which was empty for which she told us to use the water fountain. it’s a kid, he just wanted water. when my cousin asked to speak to a manager she was told to walk to the front desk and see what they could do for her. conveniently the manager was on break and never followed up. disappointed? that’s an understatement.

This was a pretty nice bowling alley. It was about $ 5 dollars a game /per person. Or you could also rent by the hour for a little over $ 30. It wasn’t too busy which was nice, we didn’t have any difficulty finding a place to sit, finding balls in the sizes we needed or shoe sizes(they have half sizes!). Foods a bit expensive, but it was expected. $ 16 for a large pepperoni pizza and $ 6.50 for a beer. Overall it was a good trip and we’ll definitely return. Just probably on a Tuesday for $ 2 bowling!

Price is on par with most places but this place is a bit cleaner than most. Snack and drink selection not the greatest, but what can you expect from a bowling place.

This place is good times, a great place to go on date night, especially with a group of friends. Serves liquor and beer for«okay» prices. Go after 11pm for late night special pricing, although if you wait for the special rate there is guaranteed to be a lineup. So we usually just pay more and go around 9 or 10pm.
