The staff is very friendly, the food is cooked to perfection and tastes great. The cook is a very personable individual and truly cares about how things are done. Best I can suggest is to go in and try the service and food for yourself

The saving grace today is the cook. The service certainly left a lot to be desired. One of the first rules of customer service is to at least acknowledge your guests when they come in. Most people are reasonable and understand that it might take you a few minutes to actually get to them. However after 5 minutes we finally sent one of our table up to get menus. The food took an unusually long time to get to us, which you would think would be enough time to get us the cutlery(it wasn’t…or refills on our coffee for that matter). I might also add that it would be a good idea to know the menu so that you actually order the right version of the meal so that your diners get everything they were expecting. As I said, the food was very good. It is the service that they really need to work on.
