History

Established in 2010.

The clinic is owned and operated by Dr. Nick Stryniak, DC. Originally, it was solely a Chiropractic clinic offering Active Release Techniques and Cox Spinal Decompression services, and has grown into a multidisciplinary clinic offering 1-​to-​1 Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, and Nutrition Counseling.

Business Owner

Dr. Nick Stryniak is a Halifax native and received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Dalhousie. Dr. Stryniak graduated with his Doctorate of Chiropractic from the New York Chiropractic College and is board-​certified to practice in both Canada and the United States. While at NYCC, Dr. Stryniak was selected for an honours remote internship, which involved rotations at Meridian Chiropractic & Wellness in Syracuse, NY, Veterans Affairs Hospital in Bath, NY, Neurology department of the CNY Spine Group and Chronic pain management section of New York Spine & Wellness, both in Syracuse, NY.

He has completed advanced training in Active Release Technique (A.R.T.), Cox Spinal Decompression, functional assessment, sports rehabilitation, manual therapy, instrument-​assisted soft-​tissue treatment, Kinesiology taping and whole food nutrition.
