First impressions are important… this one was NOT a good one! (since this is a jot stuff down before I forget one I will update is soon) We walked in, there was no one around, most of the bowl holders on the wall were empty, the toppings had no labels, and there was NOONE to ask. When someone did finally appear, they seemed to have a begrudging attitude of «seriously, I have to work now», she clearly would have preferred to stay in the back on her phone using Facebook then hand me the 4 sample cups i asked for. So, we tasted the yogurt, it was powdery, flavorless, and well. unpleasant! needless to say, we didnt buy anything in the end and left. One of the things I say over and over in my reviews, is customer service MAKES or BREAKS a place! this is a very good example of a break!
