This place is absolutely terrible. It is by far the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. As a fellow customer service/retail employee, I was extremely disappointed. Subway allegedly prides itself on quality and customer service of which I received neither. The young woman who made my sub was far more concerned with other restaurant duties than providing a good customer service experience. As I was placing my order for toppings, she very openly and rudely interrupted me and rushed me while I was simply trying to ensure that my order was made correctly. It was very arrogant and not at all professional. I felt as though my business was not valued and even felt like I was a burden on her, as she then turned her attention to her coworker and verbally expresses her distaste at the fact that they were behind schedule and needed to work hard for the rest of the shift to get everything done. This is inappropriate behaviour, since her work related issues are of no concern of mine and over and above anything else, customer service should be top priority. To top it all off, the sandwich was terrible and had amongst the stalest bread I have ever tasted. I eded up taking the time to file an official complaint with Subway which ended up being futile, as they did not care either. Avoid this place. They clearly don’t want your business anyway.
