Awful customer service! Went in for a nice night out with our neighbours and left with a broken phone and no answers. Brand new restaurant and the hook broke in the bathroom sending my purse crashing to the floor and my phone flying. It’s been over a month and no compensation what so ever. I haven’t even been called by the owner for an apology. I live in the area(walking distance) and our friends family and neighbours have been told to never go to this St. Louis. What this experience says about the St. Louis franchise is appalling.

Great service, food was quick and very good — had the wings. Only downside is the restrooms with one item of each — should not have to line up for one stall.

We met here for a family dinner after someone else had a great experience. So it was highly recommended. I phoned in the afternoon by we were a group of about 10, so I wanted to give them a heads up. Because they are a newer St Louis, they don’t officially take reservations yet, but when I got there, they had a table prepped for us! Super nice! 2 members of our group were unexpectedly really late, about 30 minutes. During that time, the service was good, fairly attentive, pretty quick with the drinks, and our fried dill pickles came out quickly. We did advise them that we wanted to wait until our whole group arrived to order our meals. The fried dill pickles were really good! But once our latecomers arrived the service slowed down, a lot. It took almost an hour for our food to come out after ordering. I had the chicken tinga tacos, and they were smothered in dressing. Way too much dressing, especially cuz they already had guacamole and the tinga sauce. Then my side salad had a few slimy pieces, you know when it’s about to go really bad? Overall the rest of the table had wings, and they seemed quite happy with them. We were there for about 3 hours, even with socializing and our party running late was way too long for a dinner at a wing place.

Just opened yesterday. We came in for ½ price wings on Tuesday’s. The place was packed but there were seats available. Our sever was nice and attentive. We ordered the double trouble with buffalo ranch and chilli lime sauce. This meal came with thick cut fries. We also ordered fried pickles for appetizer which my husband loves. I find it too salty. The wings were well made. Overall a good restaurant. We had Lindt chocolate ice cream cake for desert which was yummy. Straightforward food and not too greasy.
