I have had the same experience as the previous 2 contributors. It is a total scam. I have been delayed for 18 months, health issues, surgery, heart attack, working out of town, now too cold to install satellite dish. I paid $ 1700 for a product I never received. Have started small claims court procedure. Sent registered letter to serve him. No response. Not even sure if he has a store front. If you know his address let me know. Sure have learned my lesson.
