So we got a message back from the Operations Supervisor at the location in question. She addressed our concerns and went out of her way to make up for the issue. She explained to us what also happens sometimes and that odds are it was a piece of meat that broke off on the grill. She also agreed that it should have never been served as it did ruin the meal for us. However she was very nice and went above and beyond to make up for the issue so this is why I am updating with a different rate level.

This McDonald’s has really been updated for the times through new renovations and by superior service in part because its under new management.

This McDonalds is the slowest I have ever been to.
This morning at 10am (not a busy time usually) there were 4 of us in line, with 3 servers walking around in the back.
Anne Marie is usually very slow in taking your order, but was especially slow today.
In the end, I walked out.
