Caryl Baker Visage

So just a review of another caryl baker, since I live far I decided to stop by Caryl baker in Sherway gardens… I might as well wait until I have to go to Barrie to get my brows done. The girl working today was awful. She was extremely rude to us. She had some time at 4 and seemed extremely annoyed she was the only one working and let everyone in the store know she was the only one there and she had a ear piercing to do etc. One lady walked out then she said she can take me at 4. I said great it was for wax and tint. She told me pick one or the other even tho I saw her schedule where she put my name at 4 was empty and so were slots under that. But whatever. I left and took my business elsewhere. Even my friend wondered what her problem was. Horrible customer service at the SHERWAY GARDENS location. I miss Barrie now lol I couldn’t find anything on Unilocal for Sherway location so I had to add it to this comment below

Staff is always lovely, friendly and efficient. I have been going here regularly for years and have only once been unsatisfied. A quick call to the manager had the issue addressed and done with.
The only complaint I have is that it’s open to the mall. Kind of an awkward setup for things like facials and waxing as it’s a little hard to relax.
