We got lost on the way here! But don’t fret: it’s a short jaunt from the highway — you’ll get here quicker than we did! LOL! We live in Ottawa’s true west end — where Carp and Stittsville meet. Our choices for No Frills were to go to Arnprior or Orleans. Too bad for us that there’s nothing closer. We chose this one hoping it would be shorter(knowing all the construction going on in Orleans!) We got a little lost, then found it around 7:45am, only to discover that they open only at 8:00am! So we went to Tim Hortons across the highway to chill for a few minutes. When we finally got into the grocery store, they had many specials on, so the drive was worth the effort and gas for us. Reminder about this chain: they are maybe the only grocery store where you still have to put a quarter into the cart to take it into the store, then schlep it back to put it away to get your quarter back. I haven’t seen that in years!
