I had the fresh cheddar cheese her from Quebec and it was very good. They were littered all over the counter and apparently you can keep them out for 2 days? So I bought a pack and kept munching on it all the way home. I like how they have prepackaged version of their cheeses along with the display so that if you want to try the cheese you will not be compelled to buy an expensive piece. They recently renovated so the space is brighter and the displays are very well laid out according to region. Lots of wonderful terrines and olives on display and other food accompaniment. The lady in front of me spent $ 150 on just cheeses and why not when this place seem to have everything you would need for a cheese party. Come here and be bowled over by the freshness and offerings of cheese.
