Operated as Seber Healthy Living from 2008 to 2015, when we moved from our Whitby location to Ajax to accommodate our growth, and rebranded as Abundance Allergy & Gluten Free Shop.

Run by a gluten & lactose free organic paleo family, able to offer real & practical advice on how to live with dietary restrictions, since we are following the same lifestyle.

I’ve known Pauline and her husband for several years.
Before she opened this store she did organic food delivery.
I always ordered organic cream from her for my coffee.
I’m impressed with the store she has. She realizes that organic food should be affordable and works very hard to get good deals that she can pass on to her customer.
The second great thing about this store is that it helps people on every way of eating. Instead of just focusing on low-​carb or vegan she has foods for all ways of eating that incorporates healthy, real, organic foods.
I enjoy having a coffee every week with Pauline since I now clean her windows. She is a knowledgeable lady who uses many of the products in her store since she feeds nutritious, organic food to her family.

I love this store! Not only do they have wheat-​free and gluten-​free, preservative-​free foods of all kinds, I was most excited to see they have local and pasture raised, non-​medicated, non-​GMO-​fed meats of all kinds. They carry lots of other stuff too. The lady was really nice and said that she’d order in anything I need. She also said that she beats everyone’s prices. Nice place. Love it. It’s a little hard to find though as its inside the martial arts studio on Hunt Street. Look for the lawn signs or signs in the windows.
