A Mother’s Touch began after years of trying to pursuing a passion for food that began as a child. Fascinated by the colors and smells of various baked goods and savory dishes created by her father. Nicole preferred to watch cooking shows, read cookbooks and create pieces of art (sketching & clay work) when other children wanted to watch cartoons .
She always had a passion for any form of artwork but in the end the focus was on the Culinary Arts. At the age of 16, Nicole enrolled in her first Culinary Arts Chef training program, which only fueled her love of being in the kitchen.
