Wendy’s

I live Wendy’s. But not this one. The stores drive thru clogs up the parking lot. It took me 10 mins just to get out if the parking lot because of 6 cars in drive thru! The store needs major renovations. The chairs are hard and uncomfortable and the floor is from the 80’s. Everything screams old and inefficient. The staff are formerly and service is decently quick but they do mess up orders every now and then. What I’d do to improve it is to make a double drive thru like the 2 mcdonalds restaraunts, create a better car flowing system so it doesn’t go into the parking lot, renovate the crap out of that building, and make the kitchen clean. I caught a glimpse of it and regretted purchasing a burger. YUCK!

Its hard to review fast food chain restaurants. This is a typical Wendy’s as for the menu.
This specific store is usually messy, and renovations seem to have left an alcove in the dining room used to store cleaning products (not so appealing to me)
