Travelodge Abbotsford

First of all… you cant control the heat in the rooms. THEN I was put in a room that required the front desk clerk, my co-​worker, and myself to open the window as it has a broken bottom latch. This is clearly a safety hazard but the girl wouldn’t transfer me to a new room. We had to keep the window open for temperature control and safety.
Two days in a row the room was not cleaned. When I brought up this issue to the front desk and asked to speak to a manager, he refused to talk to me on the phone. When I insisted and the receptionist called back, the manager started talking over me, then yelled at me and over what I was saying, swore at me when I brought up compensation, and hung up the phone.
I left, and will NEVER go back. DON’T STAY AT THIS HOTEL.
Shady neighbourhood, no elevator, ice machine, or fridge, and VERY poor management.
