We specialize in East Coast style Donairs. Cooked season beef placed on a soft pita with fresh tomatoes and diced onions. Topped off with our amazing sweet sauce. It is definitely worth a try!
History
Established in 2010.
I was born and raised in Edmonton. Out there Donairs are all over the place, it almost seems in some places a store every block. When I moved to BC I had a hard time finding that same Donair taste. For over 10 years I talked about opening my own place. So in 2010 my family and I decided I would work out of town on the oil rigs to get ahead and have a fresh start. November 11 was my last day away from my family working out of town. December 6th 2010 was the first day Scharf’s Donairs was open for business. Now a month after opening we have seved 426 Donairs and I hope to continue to watch that number grow. I have now brought that same Donair taste to BC, come on down and give us a try. My name is Kevin, my friends call me Scharf, I am a father of 3 with a 4th child on the way. I have lived in Abbotsford for 18 years. Food vendors are an amazing addition to a city I hope to see more continue to pop up around town.
