Good Belgian food. Service is correct and a kind of business-​like. Price are according to the touristic citycenter of Gent. Outside a nice place to sit and watch traffic go by.
We had the lasagna and the Gentse stoofpot with Tierenteyn and Westmalle. Good and large portion. Frites were super!
Only minus: the first bill was incorrect (€ 8 to high), but was corrected within 2 minutes.

Quick lunch for a break. Had the grilled steak and the spaghetti bolonaise (sp). The service was fast and efficient and the food came relatively fast. The steak came with fries. They were more the McDonald style and thin vs the thicker cut Belgian style — I guess it is a commercial spot so what do you expect. Steak was edible. Not good just edible. The pasta was standard fare, a little overcooked, and the sauce was thick but full of peppercorns. Not bad but just different. Asking for ketchup adds an extra charge! How do you eat fries? There was no mayo or vinegar or any other condiment anywhere — except salt.
