We have been to Leuven three times and every time we have had a meal here and every meal has been fantastic.
This most recent time we had veal with potatoes and au jus and I had the duck with red curry and spring rolls. Everything was fantastic! Add a glass of wine and a beer and the price was 55 EUR.
The staff here are also very nice. It is a small place so you might need reservations.

Absolutely great meal tonight. Had the tarragon chicken and it was cooked to perfection. Atmosphere was real pleasant and the hosts were wonderful. We could see in each of our meals there is pride taken in the quality of the preparation. I would highly recommend it, and if you go, we really enjoyed the chocolate ganache for dessert!
