Brico

Like going to this Brico even though there is a store closer to my house as this location is bigger and so more likely to always have stuff I need to purchase and also easier to find parking. Inside it was a shock to find only 8 checkouts for such a massive store (Home Depot and Lowe’s Stores in the US tend to spoil you) but the line moves fast and so not too bad.
Two things to note — not everything can be paid by an Eco-​cheque so be careful with what you purchase so don’t get a surprise and have to fork out cash at the register when paying. Secondly, not that many people working here speak English, so be prepared to mime/​use sign language or interpretative dance moves of your French language skills are limited (like me!).

Brico, l’incontournable rendez-​vous des bricoleurs et jardiniers de tout poil…
Comme dans la plupart des autres magasins de la région, n’y attendez pas le moindre conseil en plomberie, électricité ou autre… Pas un vendeur pour rattraper l’autre ! Mieux vaut donc venir avec une idée bien précise !
Deux bons points cependant par rapport aux autres Brico :
— L’assortiment, l’un des plus grands avec celui de Zaventem et Auderghem
— Le rayon jardin, assez important, avec de nombreuses plantes en tout genre, chaises longues, barbecues, etc.
