Just a typical Quick hamburger joint, which is Belgium’s version of McDonalds, but with a lot less class and a lot less friendliness. It really wasn’t quick at all. I waited about 15 minutes although there were only a few people in the place. They don’t seem to prepare the burgers in advance.
The staff were not overly excited to be there doing their jobs and although they weren’t rude, they could care less about the customers. Other than that, the place was very clean and there were nice tables. I sat in the front, facing the street in a pretty comfortable chair.

Sadly one of the slowest fast food places you’ll go too. When I last went the employees were arguing with each other, complaining openly about the customer they were serving… in front of the customer they were serving. The manager had to keep on telling them to calm down.
Then to top it off I get to the front of the line only to be told by that his shift was over and he couldn’t help me. It wouldn’t be so funny of it weren’t so sad (and I’ve gone to this one for over 10 years at least.
Otherwise for the food, when it does finally come it’s your standard pretty decent Quick experience. Be prepared to wait and try not to go if you’re in a hurry. This Quick is anything but.

Le Quick de la Bascule. On y va pour une seule raison: votre fille vous demande des frites et des nuggets et que 1) c’est pas loin du boulot, 2) y’a un parking.
Que dire d’autre: en voilà un quick qui même si très bruyant, est un peu plus propre que ses collègues du centre-​ville. Bön, comme y’a moins de monde, il faut attendre. Mais comme tout est préparé «minute», tout est chaud.
Contrairement à la ville, self-​service de boisson (utile pour les fan des sodas et les grandes soifs).
Il y a une aire de jeux, encore plus bruyante et assez sale où, selon mes expériences (3 ou 4 fois), des gosses mal élevés, trop âgés pour la structure, bouscule des petits, sous le regard de leurs parents qui né disent rien. Charmant !
Ce soir, expérience particulièrement nulle puisqu’en plus du bruit et de la nourriture toujours assez moyenne (mais bon, on n’en attend pas mieux), le personnel était particulièrement agité. La gérante à fini par gueuler «vous vous calmez maintenant!» pendant que le préposé au retour des plateaux passé au milieu de la queue, bousculant tous les clients, avec son MP3 (j’allais dire walkman, la honte!) dans ses oreilles.
