I am a biker/public transport kind of people between amsterdam/london/paris... and brussels but public mobility in Brussels is not at standard... 100£% dirty diesel bus by passing by bike at 25km/30km/h with barely no bike infrastructure (eg. chausséee ixelles is just the most stupid road ever in a city -> rue de rivoli maybe of the canals in amsterdam).... in brussels, the job f bus driver is to speed in pedestian area or try to kill bikers... or the infrastructure is NOT made for bikes to stay ON (tram rails are just waiting for you to fail). I am happy to help as a consultant but I believe stib and brussels are far beyond other european city by miles..... i feeel for my lifde in brussels at single times not in ams nor paris nor berlin, paris, NY (and i am from brussels).
