Patrick V.

Business Owner

Patrick founded the Aximas in 1994 (under the name Ezy Properties) as an alternative commercial real estate agent for the Brussels office market. After competing succesfully on the Brussels office market, he has also developed Aximas into the leading commercial real estate agent in Leuven region.

Patrick graduated as an accountant and coördinates the marketing of the portfolio in close collaboration with the clients (leading property developers, investment funds, private owners & businesses).

Patrickis is also available for a limited number of clients as a non-​executive, independent outside director specialized in corporate reorganization & structurale optimalization.
