Good makeup HORRIBLE customer service. This review is long due I went in December last year to treat a friend and I was horribly treated, then the guy made a half apology because I told him again how I was not used to this kind of service while paying, in front of the manager. I think they havent noticed you can order online and avoid their rudeness. I know they are paid comission but then there is eagerness to sell and being downward pushy. I was about to leave my things at the cashier but I did need them. I recommend buying from a Mac abroad, know your colours and them order online from then onwards. Now when I need some quality makeup I go to Inno or Ici Paris or my MAC makeup counter abroad.

When I shop for makeup, I like to be helped by a specialist who can make great recommendations of products to meet my needs. That’s why I chose to come to MAC. I already needed a few products, so I made an appointment ahead of time for a consultation. If you want to make an appointment, it has to be made ahead of time and there is a requirement of a minimum purchase of 60 euros(but if you need at least 3 products, that’s easy to achieve). My appointment was great. I was helped by Allison who really took her time to find exactly what I was looking for. I left with many products and the knowledge of how to use them best thanks to her expertise. The only thing holding me back from giving 5 stars was the service I experienced when I first entered. I went straight to the back to let the person at the counter know I was here for an appointment. But he ignored me and kept taking calls for 7 minutes(I timed it), never pausing quickly to ask me what I need help with or to tell me he’d be a minute. Such bad customer service on his part which almost caused me to walk out and skip my appointment.
