We had a Bongo coupon with choice off 40 restaurants. As I already visited through my job for lunch I was sure of their quality. We had some issues parking because of a local event. But did not mind walking 10 minutes. Normally 2 when on their parking that they share with a shop. The restaurant is rather off the beaten track. The real plus is the welcomeword and the suggestions by the owner. A pitty that he does not stick around during the entire service. He convinced me to try the marrocan mellon in one of the starters even though I don’t like mellon. Was ok but did not really convince. Most courses where super. I do remember the mussel starter, a shrimp soup and the fine veal main course. The dessert, poached pear with red wine ice cream and blue cheese was not really to my taste. The wine we had, Barbera d’Asti was ok but not exceptional. All in all a very nice evening with some really ups and not that much downs.
