Worst. customer. service. ever. I live abroad and my laptop is suffering from a swelling battery, clearly fabrication mistake. Unfortunately, to get it repaired for free, I need to bring it into a repair center in Belgium. After an assessment in the country I live, the Macbook should definitely be repaired for free since there was no indication any of this could be due to my mistake. The representative was unable to answer my questions regarding papers they need and process clearly and was not willing to contact me after some research or even send me an email. A shame, and I know what I am talking about since I an working in this industry myself. Sad, very sad.
