Tough call on rating. The cappuccino was so smooth it went too quickly! (So…the coffee was great!) As another review said, it’s location in a bank (not like next to or separated in some way) is a huge limitation to the feel. I really wanted to like this place, Unilocal reviews were good and a friend had recommend it as good place for coffee. I just didn’t feel comfortable, even though I was sitting in a granny rocking chair draped with a furry banket. It took me as long to order and get my coffee as the amount of time I stayed to drink my coffee. (Guess that is good business turnover! ;)) want a good coffee and willing to spend a bit much, get for takeaway… if they offer that. Cakes were € 5 for a slice so I didn’t get one — decided to move on and find proper lunch.

All this place needs… Is not to be on the bottom floor of a bank! It’s such a funky unique café and I think it’s charm is watered down by the building it’s in but hey, all the same… Love this little café, some really cool unusual seating space as well as larger table set ups which means it’s perfect for a small quiet cup of coffee by yourself or perfect, if there was some friends in tow!
Staff were friendly and were super helpful as I tried to order in English… Hospitality, check! Check out my pics of this place, it’s not far from the main shopping street so, if you’re after a little rest why not detour a minute or two!

The concept of this coffeehouse/​knit shop is just delightful. After getting off the train in Antwerp, we found our energy waning and quickly sought out caffeine. The signs leading here were cute and very easy to follow. Lo and behold, this adorable little joint was everything and more than we’d hoped! I had a flat white and my boyfriend the mocha, and both drinks were excellent; the espresso was deliciously smooth and the milk perfectly steamed. The décor is so creative and we really enjoyed relaxing with the interesting coffee table books available. Definitely check out Maurice!

ITS NEW and I LOVE IT! So comfy here! I love the décor !! Great for meetings of if you just need to be away.
