I have to say, I’m incredibly excited about Klein. The atmosphere is not only cozy and warm, it’s very hip. This American owned restaurant features USA West Coast flavours, food and drink, from Washington State wines to Los Angeles inspired food! I’m from the USA West coast! We enjoyed the Private Dinner Club menu and was it delicious ! Combining ingredients that seem to explode with unusual and incredible surprisingly delicious flavour! WOW! Just a couple… # 2. bacon wrapped bananas and #6. braised pork shoulder, wow! The menus are brilliantly printed on the pages of Charles Bukowski books ! We were explained about each dish while the music was match to every course. After being impressed enough, we all were given bourbon infused toothpicks! 5 stars! Great concept! We will be back! Cannot wait to get into those American size brunch pancakes, it’s been too long! Haha!
