Juttu

Tenía que reseñar este sitio porque es de lo mejor que he visto en Amberes a la hora de comprar ropa.
Juttu es un local que tiene ropa y decoración de diferentes marcas y procedencias, ahí todas juntas. La mayoría son de diseño responsable, además de ser de muy buen diseño y calidad. Puedes encontrar prendas tanto para hombres como para mujeres y la verdad es que el precio está bastante bien para lo que es el diseño independiente, sobretodo cuando muchas cosas vienen de Escandinavia, que me dijeron que suele ser caro.
Básicamente es el paraíso hipster, esta tienda en Malasaña seríà la bomba, yo compré dos sweaters Anerkjendt (no pregunten como se pronuncia) que amo con todo mi ser, son fantásticos, excelente calidad.
Mis hermanas también atacaron este lugar y todos nos llevamos algo porque es más fuerte que uno las ganas de llevarse algo de aquí. Además te hacían bastante descuento comprando un bono de 1 € para ayudar a la conservación de las abejas que permiten que aún sobrevivamos en este planeta.

Lucky me! Best shop on Meir — and it’s a newcomer to the scene!
I had no idea Juttu had opened literally the day before I arrived to Antwerp (mid-​November 2015) — it was only when I was adding the information to Unilocal that I realized I went on day 2 of their existence. Points for great timing, I suppose.
Juttu was my favorite store on this mega shopping strip, Meir. Everything else felt like a variation on the same thing, same style, same price point. It seems like millions of shops and then you realize «samesies» mostly.
Juttu definitely stands out — it’s a Belgium original, with 2 locations (this one and Brugge). Really cool style, great curation, a bit more high end, really lovely stuff.
I walked out with a gorgeous cardigan sweater (80 euro) and my new favorite pair of beaded earrings (25 euro). Not crazy pricy, but very high quality. It’s like Belgian Anthropologie, but better.
Highly recommended. They were working out some of the opening jitters when we were there (checkout ques were a bit unorganized) but I think this place is a sure win once it gets that sorted. It’s already looking fabulous and upping the shopping bar on Meir.
