History

Established in 2013.

Started as an allergen free shop, helping food sensitive people to get by in their kitchens. We noticed a lot of allergen aware foods were still very unhealthy due to the excessive use of non natural ingredients. We eventually directed the shop towards healthy food, that helps your body, instead of putting a burden on it.

After a while the interest for a bistro became so clear that we transformed into a delicious bistro for everybody! This food won’t shut you down in the afternoon.

You and your body will love the freshly baked and made specialties. Imagine a cake without the calorie load, good for your body, and delicious!
