Frituur Lescluze

Let me start woth the owner: he is an extremely friendly guy, a great asset for a local snack bar.
For us Belgians it is important to have a decent ‘frituur’ (snack bar where fries are the core of the meal) near us. For us Lescluze is the best around. I would give it a 5 out of 5 if the portions where slightly bigger. I feel that ‘né grote’ (a large one) and a single snack should satisfy my appetite, which sadly is not the case. A size larger should easily feed two adults, but again it doesn’t. If I were two eat all I could, there would not be enough left for my girlfriend. Other snack bars in our neighbourhood suffer from the same problem even worse, but their fries range from just a bit less tasty to simply bad.
Since I need at least two snacks with my fries, a meal costs me more than the € 1-​€ 6 range mentioned above, usually around € 10.
