basic-fit is the worst gym i have ever been a member of
and i have been a member in ALOT of gyms
first of all you HAVE to sign a contract for 1 year you can’t pay every month.
second they can take money out of your bank whenever they want to
i told basic-fit to stop my contract after my year was complete they send me and email back telling me thats everything went fine and i had nothing to worry about
3 months later i lost 60 € because i did not pay my membership even after stopping my contract.
i went for help at basic fit no one speaks english or dutch so i had to find another way because they don’t even bother to help.
i send and email they keep telling me that i am in fault eventhough i have proof that they are!
do yourself a favor and don’t go to this crappy gym see they know they are bad thats why they let you sign a contract then you are stuck for 1 year long
